Our Story

La Perla Rent a Car is the oldest car rental agency still in operation on Boa Vista. It was founded in 2010 by a couple of investors: Marisa, an Italian who has lived in Boa Vista for many years, and her partner Israiel, a native of the island and a qualified mechanic/body repairman. The office has always been located in Sal Rei's main square, Largo Santa Isabel: a welcoming and professional environment with multilingual staff, where you can find original souvenirs 100% made in Cape Verde, and where you can book any type of excursion. Our fleet currently includes Toyota, Mitsubishi, and Jac 4x4 pickup trucks, regularly maintained and rigorously inspected in our workshop (La Perla is the only car rental agency with its own workshop).
